Ladies Day 1st XV Kit & Artwork Auction

18 Mar by Steve Spurgin

Our 1st XV Ladies Day Kit has arrived. We’re so pleased with the design which has been designed, once again, by local artist, Emma Garness. The kit will be worn for next Saturday’s home match versus West Leeds, kick off at 3pm.
The kit will then be auctioned off later the same day along with the original drawing by Emma and framed by Ford Framing. All funds raised will be donated to Find Charity.
The original art work was hand drawn in graphite and chalk pastel on 300gsm paper, then double mounted in a grey wooden frame. Emma explained that the two plants represent the ethos of Beverley RUFC and Find charity and their community:-
GLADIOLUS – Deep links to the prowess of gladiators, symbolic of strength, endurance and integrity.
SOLIDASTER – represents support, encouragement and unity.
If you would like to make a bid for the hand drawn artwork, you can contact the club via email at info@beverleyrufc.co.uk
We’re really looking forward to another amazing Ladies Day and good luck to both the 1st & 2nd Teams who will both be playing at Beaver Park on Saturday.
